Studio VieKay is dedicated to slow fashion, which mandates zero-waste, made-to-order production. Every garment is crafted exclusively for your order. For this reason, all sales are considered final. We do not process returns for refunds or exchanges based on preference or change of mind.

Quality Assurance
Should your garment arrive with any manufacturing defect, damage, or error, please contact our Quality Assurance team within 14 days of delivery at hello@studioviekay.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will facilitate a replacement or issue a full refund.
