Our Shipping and Exchange Policy

Intentional Production and Estimated Delivery
Studio VieKay is committed to the principles of zero-waste slow fashion. Every garment is crafted exclusively for your order, ensuring zero overstock and a pristine finish.

Production Window: Please allow 3–7 business days for your garment to be individually printed, cured, and prepared for dispatch.

Shipping: You will receive tracking once production is complete. Domestic shipping typically takes an additional 2–5 business days. International rates and delivery times vary by region.

The Exchange Process (One-Time Size Adjustment)
We offer a one-time size exchange to ensure the perfect fit for your Studio VieKay piece.

1. Initiate: Email us at hello@studioviekay.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the new size you require.
2. Return: We will provide instructions on how to return the original, unworn garment to our exchange facility. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
3. Fulfillment: Once we confirm the original item is received, your replacement garment will be immediately processed and shipped to you.

Quality Assurance
